Management 3.0 Face-to-Face Exchange

Experience delegation of authority and team decision making with cards!

Management 3.0 Dojo is held as a forum for dialogue to increase horizontal connections on the theme of organizations and teams.
This year's theme will be delegation of authority and team decision-making, which will be experienced through cards.

The way to entrust work to subordinates is to evolve from commanding to delegating as they grow, which will also lead to an autonomous decentralized organization. This requires a deep understanding and dialogue with subordinates. Managers are required to be attentive to their growth.
Delegation of authority poker facilitates that dialogue by using cards to talk about each other's ideas to clarify tasks and facilitate decision-making.
You can also get in touch with the other party's ideas, values, and motivations as well as their work. You can freely arrange how to use the system, such as talking not only about delegating authority, but also about career plans, such as your future self and the organization.

Another Management 3.0 game, "Team Decision Making Cards," will be used to experience how team decisions can be made effectively and smoothly.

Facilitator

Stefan Nüsperling （ステファン　ニュースペリング）

Stefan is a trilingual (German, English, Japanese) IT Professional with over 10 years of experience in Project Leadership, Change Management, Facilitation and Management 3.0. He worked with multinational enterprises in the fields of Management as well as Agile Software Development in Japan, South Korea and Germany. As a certified Scrum Master, the first licensed Management 3.0 facilitator in Japan and a Co-Owner of Management 3.0 he is keen on introducing Agile Leadership practices to Japanese organizations and believes that it will make their employees happier, the businesses more effective and customers more satisfied which is called “Sanpoyoshi” (benefit for all three stakeholders).

Kumiko SUGIYAMA

Administrator and Public relations Positive Psychology Practitioner
Joined a trading company specializing in clothing materials as a new graduate. As the first woman in a career-track position (sales), she was involved in proposing designs to domestic clothing manufacturers and developing new business in the bag industry.
After working for a startup IT company, he joined NuWorks in 2017. 2019 Certified Positive Psychology Practitioner. in October 2020, she will be the first licensed coach for Ikigai cards in Japan. at NuWorks, her main focus is planning, designing, and managing events.
Her second job is as a Japanese language teacher.
