Tim Hamons is the founder of Art of Awakening, a visual facilitation consultancy based in Singapore. With a deep passion for creative communication and visual thinking, he helps individuals and organizations clarify ideas, simplify complex concepts, and foster meaningful engagement through the power of visuals.
As a facilitator, coach, and keynote speaker, Tim has worked with leaders, educators, and professionals across various industries, from business and healthcare to education and government. Over the past 20 years, he has led workshops, designed interactive learning experiences, and guided teams to harness visual storytelling, collective creativity, and strategic visualization to drive change.
Tim’s expertise spans visual facilitation, graphic recording, and interactive learning. He has delivered over 500 in-person workshops and 50+ customized keynotes for more than 3,000 participants worldwide. His recent keynotes include The Art of Visual Listening, Visualizing Our Change Story, and Picture Your Purpose. Whether in strategy sessions, branding discussions, or team development, Tim creates immersive environments that enhance communication, collaboration, and innovation.
Beyond his professional work, Tim is dedicated to community development. He has mentored at-risk youth through programs like CampVision and supported family vision-building initiatives with People’s Association. His interests include fostering a culture of innovation, the role of play in idea generation, and the connection between intuition and creativity in leadership.
